It is not often that a wrong weather forecast works out for the better. Today was one of those days. It was supposed to rain the whole weekend, but instead it turned out to be a perfect day for riding. We discovered that Yeti Cycles had a demo of their mountain bike fleet at Fairfax Cyclery, just a stones throw from the Boy Scouts trail at Tamorancho.

The 2010 Sea Otter is here. This is the 20th year of this event, and the third one that we participate in We have pretty much covered all the riders in the Cat2 men 16-18 downhill race on our photo gallery site.

What makes the Sea Otter so special?

The Race for Tara Mountain Bike Downhill race event took place at NorthStar at Tahoe on October 11th. I took a couple of pictures from just before the start of the expert class and of most of the riders in the expert class. You can see these at our gallery
